Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective or is not the item you ordered, save the box and all the packing material and contact us at our Customer Service Line at 800-267-4781.
Let us know the details and we'll give you instructions on how to proceed. In the meantime we'll be sure a replacement is sent to you promptly.
Merchandise ordered through the Circle of Friends® website or directly from Circle of Friends® may be returned to Circle of Friends® LLC. Merchandise purchased at a professional hair salon or retail store should be returned directly to the retailer. We suggest that you contact the customer service department of the retailer where you made your purchase for appropriate instructions regarding your concerns.
Sales Tax
Circle of Friends® will charge sales tax for items being shipped to any address in the state of California. For all international orders, including Canada, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties.
